Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions described below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging should be intact (if possible)

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at svir.sewing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Returns must be sent to our European return address (provided via email upon request).

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via email to discuss your request.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
